I have avoided the dentist for years, as past experiences were not very good, uncaring, rough & at times insulting, but none of this with Melissa, I actually look forward to my visits now with her. I was extremely nervous going into the appointment, but from the moment I arrived, the dentist and their assistant made me feel completely at ease.

Both were incredibly professional, yet warm and friendly, taking the time to explain every step of the process and answer all of my questions. Their calm and reassuring approach really helped ease my anxiety, and I felt like I was in very capable hands the entire time.

The procedure itself went smoothly, and I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable everything felt. The assistant was attentive and supportive throughout, making sure I was okay and helping create a relaxed environment.
